I am a longtime member of Unity, joining Unity in Gaithersburg in 1988, then Unity in Frederick as Office Manager and member in 1995.
My career spans food service management to all forms of banking to my calling of 16 years - Elementary Para Educator for MCPS. I love to tend my gardens of flowers, shrubs, fruits and vegetables, and mostly kindergarteners.
My love in action includes being a parent, Youth Education teacher, musician, past board member, prayer chaplain, platform assistant, hospitality, greeter, choir member and currently as Board President and Zoom operator. (Sounds fun, huh? )
Unity teachings allow me to be aware of Spirit's presence, be my best self, and share my light in the world daily. I am so grateful for these Spirit-centered thoughts, words and actions that I have the opportunity to share every day in my job, with my family and friends and with the public. As I express my most Christ-like self, I see and encourage the Christ light in others..
